Refunds and Returns
Lily Bella are compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) Act 2000 which provides a 14 working day no quibble guarantee (minus postage) on standard items purchased online . Items should be returned within 14 days. Bespoke, sale or personalised items are not refundable. If bespoke items are faulty we will offer an exchange.
As some Lily Bella items are bespoke these are non refundable. This is compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) act 2000 which clearly states that made to order items are non refundable. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with an item please contact me upon receipt and we will do our best to sort the problem. Items returned with no prior notification will not be refunded. For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns on Earrings unless they are faulty. Images of all earrings are taken before they are sent out.
If you have received an item you have up to 14 days to exchange the item for another. Bespoke or personalised items are excluded from this.Please contact us within this time to advise you would like to exchange the item for another. The item needs to be returned to us (at the buyers expense) at the address below - please mark as EXCHANGE - once received back any return postage costs or additional products cost will be invoice before the exchanged item item is dispatched to you. Items returned after 14 days will not be exchanged or refunded.
Returning an item:
The buyer is responsible for the return p&p. All items must be returned via Recorded delivery or for items over £45 Special delivery (at the buyers cost). Items that arrive back in a used condition or missing original packaging sent with the item will not be refunded. Once the item is returned to us the buyer will be refunded minus any original p&p within 28 days of receipt. Full return instructions are included with the item.
Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded.
When returning an item please include your origional order invoice, and full name and address, if you do not include this information this can create a delay in your refund or exchange:
