Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same day. Orders after 1:00 PM ship the next business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
All orders arrive in plain, unbranded packaging. No product descriptions or brand names appear on the outside.

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. Track via the Royal Mail website or the link in your confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Orders
