Lily Bella is a premium lingerie retailer operating at lilybella.co.uk. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Lily Bella. “You” refers to the customer using our site.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and the details you provide are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order we cannot fulfil and will issue a full refund immediately.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

3. Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order will be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. See our full Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for unworn, untagged items in original packaging. Due to hygiene regulations, lingerie sets and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty. See our full Returns Policy.

All content on this site — including copy, photography, design and branding — is owned by Lily Bella and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Lily Bella’s liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
